Ledgerline is a browser-based underwriting model for people evaluating the purchase of an online business. It runs entirely in your browser. Access is delivered instantly by license key, emailed on purchase. There is nothing to ship and nothing to install.
Ledgerline is software, not advice. It computes results from figures you enter. It does not verify those figures, and the output is only as good as the input.
Purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the merchant of record and is the authorised reseller for this product. Paddle charges your payment method, collects and remits any applicable tax, and appears on your statement. Their buyer terms govern the transaction itself. These terms govern your use of the software.
A purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Ledgerline for your own work, including work you do for your clients. Reports you generate are yours to keep, share and deliver commercially.
You may not resell or redistribute Ledgerline itself, share your licence key outside the activation count on your plan, or present the tool as your own product.
If Ledgerline does not do what this page says it does, write to us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to explain your reasoning and we will not ask you to sit through a retention offer.
Separately from our policy, Paddle may issue a refund at their own discretion in order to prevent a chargeback.
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and stop at the end of the paid period. We do not prorate a partial month, and we do not charge a cancellation fee.
The figures you enter into Ledgerline are processed in your browser and are not transmitted to us. We do not have a server that receives them and we could not read them if we wanted to. That is the promise that matters, and it holds without exception.
Two things do leave your browser, and only these:
We do keep a small record of each purchase: the licence key we issued, the email address the buyer used at checkout, and whether the licence is still active. We keep it for one reason — so that someone who loses their key can be sent it again. It is stored on Cloudflare, it is never sold or shared, and you can have it deleted by writing to us.
Your licence key and a note of whether the tool has been unlocked are stored in your browser's local storage so you do not have to re-enter the key. Clearing your browser data removes them.
Payment details are handled entirely by Paddle. We never see a card number.

Ledgerline produces estimates from a model. Models simplify. Use the output to decide where to look harder, not as a substitute for professional advice, measurement on site, or your own judgement. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of its output.
